Injury is personal.
Saskatchewan has one of the highest rates of preventable injury in Canada. But behind that statistic lay stories of suffering and loss that occur every day to real people, each of whom is someone’s son or daughter, mother or father.
We must put a stop to this. Mission: Zero, is dedicated to the principle that the only acceptable number of preventable injuries in Saskatchewan is – Zero!
We are building a movement of government, union, business and community leaders committed to eliminating the silent epidemic of unintentional injuries in Saskatchewan.
We invite you to learn more about our vision, our mission, our initiatives and our message. We invite you to discover how our collaborative efforts are making a difference in the quality of life for the people of our great province.
Safe Saskatchewan is a registered not-for-profit organization and is led by a consortium of public, private, cooperative and not-for-profit sector strategic partners.
Safe Saskatchewan aims to raise awareness of the unintentional injury epidemic in Saskatchewan, coordinate provincial injury prevention initiatives, and support all organizations and programs undertaking injury prevention in our Saskatchewan community.
